Processing Time
Original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. For made-to-order items (such as prints), additional time may be required and will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, depending on your location.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, if tracking is selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout as we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

Damaged Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
